His expertise as a Putting Specialist Coach for 25 years and P.G.A. Mentor for over 15 years has earned him recognition as one of the UK’s most trusted names in golf coaching and player development.

In addition, Marcus has served as a Lead Academy County Coach and Golf Director for more than a decade, shaping the growth of players and programmes at both local and county levels.

Today, as a freelance Golf Consultant, Marcus offers services that span the full spectrum of the golf industry—from coaching criteria and course design to secret shopping, business planning, career guidance, and even GPS mapping for SkyCaddie.
