We have made modifications to the App based on the feedback we received. Previously, we used Stimp as a measurement in numbers. However, after taking the feedback into consideration, we decided to replace the options with Slow, Medium, and Fast pace.
What does Slow pace mean? It represents a green that measures under 8 on the Stimp, which is common for most greens in the winter in the UK, especially those that have not been mowed daily. Medium pace ranges from 8 to 10 on the stimpmeter and is typically suitable for most greens when the course is in its prime condition. Fast pace indicates that the course is either hosting a Professional tournament or aiming to have very fast greens in general.
Moreover, we have adjusted the Estimated Slope based on feedback. Originally measured in degrees, we have now changed it to Flat, Slight Slope, and Slope. To determine the appropriate selection, choose Flat if there is minimal slope visible, opt for Slope if there is a noticeable incline where the ball would alter its path, and select Slight Slope for greens that show some deviation but don't drastically affect the ball's movement.
